"Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7
"Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times and in every way. The Lord be with all of you.” 2 Thessalonians 3:16
Guided Prayer: Dear God, You promised a peace that the world cannot give. This season is very hard right now and I don't feel peace. I open my heart to you and ask you to quiet the places in me that feel troubled or anxious. Let Your presence settle over my mind and spirit like a gentle covering. Remind me that you are with me and that because of that I can experience peace, even when life is hard. Fill me with Your joy and peace through the power of the Holy Spirit so I may rest in Your hope. Be the calm in my chaos and the stillness in my storm. Amen
"He gives power to the weak and strength to the powerless. Even youths will become weak and tired, and young men will fall in exhaustion. But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint." Isaiah 40:29-31
“For I will satisfy the weary soul, and every languishing soul I will replenish.” Jeremiah 31:25
“Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light.” Matthew 11:28-30
Guided Prayer: Jesus, I come to You tired and burdened. Matthew 11 reminds me that I can bring everything that I am dealing with to you, and that you will help me carry it. I bring the weight I’ve been carrying, what’s draining me, worrying me, or stretching me thin. I name those things that have been weighing me down ______________. As I give each one to you, teach me to rest in You every day. Refresh my weary spirit and breathe new strength into me. Hold me close and remind me that I don’t walk alone. Jesus, give rest to my soul and renew my strength today. Amen

Guided Prayer: God, I come to you today overwhelmed and tired. Life seems to be constantly pushing me down and I don't know which way to go. Shine Your light into the places of my life that feel dark and overwhelming and soul crushing. Guide my steps when I can’t see the way forward. Strengthen me with Your presence and uphold me with Your mighty hand. Speak courage to my heart and clarity to my mind. Remind me that you are with me everyday and help me trust that You are near and You will lead me through all things. Amen

Guided Prayer: Dear God, I am afraid and worried about many things today. Calm my anxious thoughts and bring peace to my fearful heart. I know that You are my refuge and my strength through all things. And that you give me courage to go through everything I may experience. I bring my fears to You now __________________________ the ones I speak aloud and the ones I quietly carry inside. Guard my heart and mind with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Surround me with Your comfort and remind me that You are present in every moment. Help me breathe in Your love and breathe out my worry. I trust You, God. Amen

Guided Prayer: God, Waiting is hard and I confess that I grow impatient, discouraged, or uncertain when my prayers go unanswered, the road ahead is unclear and I don't know where to go. Teach me to wait with hope, trusting that you will guide me every step of the way. Strengthen me as I depend on You and give me courage for the next steps. Give me eyes to see Your faithfulness even here, in the in-between. Renew my strength, steady my steps, and anchor my heart in Your promises. Help me trust that You are working in ways I cannot yet see. Amen
"The Lord is my shepherd; I have all that I need. He lets me rest in green meadows; he leads me beside peaceful streams. He renews my strength. He guides me along right paths, bringing honor to his name. Even when I walk through the darkest valley, I will not be afraid, for you are close beside me. Guided Prayer: Dear God, You are truly the Shepherd of my soul. Thank You for leading me, providing for me, and staying close in every valley and through every storm in my life. Remind me that I am never alone. Help me rest in Your protection and receive Your comfort. Let Your goodness and love surround me today. Guide me on right paths and renew my strength. Thank You that You care for every detail of my life. I place myself safely in Your hands. Amen
